A High Court sitting in Federal Capital Territory (FCT) has found Peter Nwachukwu, the husband of the late gospel singer, Osinachi, guilty of culpable homicide resulting in the death of the artist on April 8, 2022.
Justice Njideka Nwosu-Iheme found Nwachukwu guilty while delivering judgment in the trial of the husband brought before court by the Office of Attorney-General of the Federation (OAGF).
NEWSTODAYNG recalled that the Federal Government arraigned the defendant on a 23-count charge bordering on culpable homicide punishable with death, criminal intimidation, cruelty to children, criminal intimidation of children,spousal battery, among others.
