The internet has been abuzz in mourning after the gruesome murder of one man simply identified as Ayo, who was murdered by his neighbour and harvested his organs in Lokoja, Kogi State.
According to report, the suspect identified as Pelumi lured Ayo to his house, hit his head severally with iron, butchered him, packaged his body in a sackand then put it inside the fridge in his van to deliver to his alleged body part customer in the state.
Pelumi was said to have escaped with bullet wounds when Vigilante chased him but ended up committing suicide while Ayo’s remains was no where to be found.
The note on him reads, “My son shouldn’t be told of what I did because I suffered from impulse disease”.
This has sparked reactions among netizens, who have demanded justice for Ayo.
