The Commissioner of Police in Delta State, Olufemi Abaniwonda has summoned the four Police Officers caught in a viral video, with the alleged naira notes allegedly extorted from road users.
Two of them, who are senior officers have been queried while the two inspectors have been detained and awaiting an orderly room trial.
