All is now set for the eagerly-anticipated maiden edition of the Ekiti State Premier Inter-School Leadership Debate and Conference 2025 for pupils and students across schools in the state.
The event, which is organised by King David Leadership Academy is themed: “Voices of the Future: Leading Change, Inspiring Impact,” is slated to hold at Obafemi Awolowo International Civic Centre (GIGMOF), Fajuyi, Ado-Ekiti.
According to the orgnisers, the debate has been categorised for ‘Young Leaders’ of Basic 1 – Primary 6 pupils on 21st November, 2025 at 9am while the category of ‘Future Leaders’ of JSS 1 – SSS 3 students will slug it out on 22nd November, 2025 at 9am.
The top 10 schools will be smiling home with One Million Naira worth of prize money aimed at bringing pupils and students from across Ekiti schools to raise young voices, sharpen minds and inspire a new generation of change-makers.
Other lined-up activities include; keynote address, debate, leadership talk, robotics exhibition, award of recognition, and certificate of participation.
Meanwhile, the Keynote Speaker is a former lawmaker, Senator Abiodun Olujimi while other important dignitaries expected to grace the epoch-making event include; Prof. Adebola Aderibigbe, Department of Media and Communication Studies FUOYE; S.A Youth Development to Ekiti State Governor, Maxwell Olu Ajayi, among others.
