A former House of Representatives candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Ekiti State Engr. Henrich Bankole Akomolafe has met Governor Biodun Oyebanji and his deputy, Chief Monisade Afuye, declaring his unalloyed support ahead of the June 20 governorship poll in Ekiti.
Akomolafe, who expressed delight at meeting the Governor and his Deputy, reaffirmed confidence in their prospects at the forthcoming June 20 governorship election, citing the Governor’s leadership style, visible achievements and passion for development as key factors that continue to inspire public trust.
He emphasised that the administration’s developmental milestones across the state would further strengthen voter confidence, describing the Governor as a grassroots politician deeply committed to the progress and welfare of the people.
Akomolafe also pledged to mobilise stakeholders and electorates toward ensuring Governor Oyebanji’s victory at the poll, calling on his supporters and the good people of Ekiti to sustain the ongoing development trajectory by supporting his re-election for another term.
He appreciated the Governor for granting him audience, describing him as a symbol of unity whose leadership has brought together Ekiti sons and daughters irrespective of political affiliation.
