Senator Seriake Dickson is set to announce his defection from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) on Thursday.
The NDC, a new political party recently registered by INEC, is being backed by Senator Dickson to challenge the APC in Bayelsa State, following the defection of Governor Diri from the PDP to APC.
