The statement reads, “The attention of the Management of Ekiti State College of Technology, Ijero (EKSCOTECH), formerly College of Health Sciences and Technology has been drawn to a story being circulated on some social media platforms, following the judgment passed on Mr. Shittu Isiaka by an Ondo State High Court on January 29, 2026.

“The Ekiti State College of Technology, Ijero, hereby states that the alleged convict is no longer a member of staff of the Institution. Members of the public are to note that Isiaka’s appointment was terminated on April 10, 2019 for abscondment and negligence of duty.
