Ekiti United FC kick-starts Preparation for the forthcoming 2022-2023 Nigeria National League, NNL Season as they commence physical checks and prayer session today.

The exercise has commenced by 8 a.m at the club Secretariat, Ekiti Parapo Pavilion, Ado-Ekiti.

Currently, the club has retained 14 players and the coaching crew led by Kehinde Anjorin shortlisted 16 players at the trials organised late last year.

Head coach of Ekiti United, Anjorin said the team are fully prepared to resume and noted that more friendly matches and opening screening would be done before the commencement of the league.

According to him, “Ekiti United are ready to resume and players are happy to play again after a long holiday.

“We have a lot to do before the commencement of the league because our target is to give our fans, supporters, and people of Ekiti the promotion ticket to the premier league at the end of the season.

“So far so good, 30 players with officials would resume camp on Sunday in preparation for the NNL new season.”
