A Social Media Activist, Reno Omokri has stirred controversy by asserting that many Christians prioritize obedience to their churches and pastors over adhering to the explicit teachings of the Bible.
Omokri in his daily nuggets, took to his X page (formerly twitter)to enlighten Netizens about the teachings of the Bible.
Omokri highlighted a specific biblical verse, 1 Corinthians 14:34, which states that women should remain silent in churches, questioning the common disregard for this instruction in modern church practices.
Furthermore, Omokri pointed out the inconsistency in the condemnation of polygamy by some Christians, despite a lack of explicit prohibition in the Bible, except for certain church roles.
He urged believers to align their lifestyles with scripture rather than adapting scripture to suit their preferences.
