The Ogun State Police Command has arrested one Ibrahim Salisu for allegedly using a machete to murder his elder brother, Malaimi Yellow.
The tragic incident occurred over the weekend on Araromi Street, Sango-Ota, around 11:00 p.m, when the 54-yr-old Victim was alleged to have persistently making sexual demands on his younger brother.
Frustrated by Yellow’s continuous requests, the younger brother resorted to killing him with a machete.
Upon his arrest, Salisu confessed to the crime. Subsequently, the police transported the victim’s body to the Ifo General Hospital Mortuary for an autopsy.
When contacted, the Ogun State Police Command spokesperson, Odutola Omolola, said the case will be transferred once the preliminary investigation is concluded.
