The Minister of Sports Development, Senator John Enoh has hailed President Bola Tinubu for prioritizing sports development in the country.
Enoh said this at the reception for Super Eagles on Tuesday, after the just concluded 2023 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON).
He hailed the president for ensuring support for the team, which defines the decision of creating a separate Ministry of Sports Development.
His words, ”For the first time, we have gone through a major competition; we have come back without any crisis, without any complaint, without any issues whatsoever relating to allowances, bonuses, or whatever. This kept the team focused on the matches in front of them with quality results.”
