The Permanent Secretary of the State Ministry of Education, Mr Bayode Ogunmola, announced this in a statement made available to newsmen in Ado-Ekiti, saying the break was in line with the approved calendar for the first term of the 2026/2027 academic session.
Ogunmola said pupils and teachers are expected to resume academic activities on Monday, Nov. 2, 2026.
He urged all stakeholders to comply with the school calendar.
