After 25 years of marriage, Ayo Oritsejafor, the former president of the Christians Association of Nigeria (CAN), and his wife Helen are reportedly no longer together.
According to reports, the well-known Pentecostal pastor and his wife divorced as a result of a protracted and acrimonious disagreement.
According to reports, Ufuoma Bernard, Helen, a self-described “Bishop of Godism” based in the Niger Delta, claimed in a WhatsApp message sent earlier in 2022 that her estranged husband wanted her dead.
She is rumoured to have been in a passionate relationship with a man for ten years. Helen is said to have left the marital home and moved to Britain with the children, and Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor has returned to the house after having left it for almost a year, according to Bernard.
Oritsejafor founded and serves as Senior Pastor of Word of Life Bible Church, Warri, Delta State. On February 7, 2005, he was elected national president of the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN), a position he held for five years.
Oritsejafor was chosen as the head of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), the body that represents all Nigerian Christians, in July 2010. He did this in order to hold the position as the first Pentecostal leader.
