National Association of Government General Medical and Dental Practitioners, NAGGMDP, Ekiti State Chapter, has congratulated Governor Biodun Oyebanji on his victory in the just concluded governorship poll.
In a statement issued in Ado-Ekiti, the chairman, Dr Olajide Abimbola Mayowa described the outcome of the election as a reflection of the confidence Ekiti people have in the governor’s administration and his commitment to good governance.
He noted that the peaceful conduct of the election across the state was a testimony to the governor’s leadership style, which he said prioritizes inclusiveness, tolerance, and respect for democratic values.
The NAGGMDP chairman commended medical and dental practitioners in government service for contributing to a peaceful electoral process by remaining apolitical and focused on service delivery to residents during the period.
He pledged the association’s continued support for the Oyebanji administration, particularly in the health sector.
He expressed optimism that the governor’s second term would bring more investment in primary and secondary healthcare, improved welfare for medical workers, and better facilities across state hospitals.
“We congratulate His Excellency, Governor Biodun Oyebanji, on this well-deserved victory. We look forward to deeper collaboration with government to ensure that healthcare delivery in Ekiti remains a model for other states,” he said.
