The Ido Osi Local Government staff gathered for their monthly prayer meeting on Monday, August 4, 2025, marking the first working day of the month. Led by Chairman Hon. Bamidele Adetiloye Omoleye, the meeting brought together council staff and officials.
In his opening remarks, Chairman Omoleye stressed the significance of seeking divine guidance and blessings in their endeavors.
He prayed for wisdom, peace, and prosperity for the council, its staff, and the people of Ido Osi, emphasizing the importance of serving with integrity and dedication.
The prayer meeting was a huge success, leaving staff energized and motivated to tackle new challenges with renewed purpose.
The Chairman’s initiative set a positive tone for the month, with staff eager to collaborate to achieve the council’s objectives.
Head of Local Government Administration, Mr. Gbenga Sanya, encouraged staff to reciprocate the government’s efforts by exceling in their duties. He urged them to shun negative behaviors like gossip, tardiness, and truancy, which could tarnish the council’s reputation.
Comrade Dayo Olalemi, representing the NULGE Chairman of Ido Osi, commended Chairman Omoleye for his exceptional leadership and prioritization of staff welfare.
He pledged the staff’s unwavering support and cooperation to elevate Ido Osi Local Government to greater heights.
