Bishop Ajakaye to deliver EKITI NUJ Annual Media Lecture

The Bishop of the Ekiti Catholic Diocese, Felix Ajakaye will on Tuesday, 29th April, 2025 deliver the annual media lecture of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Ekiti State Council.

This was contained in a statement signed and made available to newsmen by the secretary of the council, O’Seun Ogunsakin.

The statement continues, “The revered religious leader would speak on the theme ‘Surmounting the Challenges to the Role of Media as Real Catalyst for Positive and Concrete Change in Nigeria’.

“The Media Summit which was initiated by the Kayode Babatuyi-led Executive is the second edition of the media gathering.

“The summit serves as an avenue for stakeholders across the State to meet and discuss the progress of the country.

“The event would be held at Sanni Abacha Hall, old Governor’s office, Ado Ekiti at 10:00am.

“Expected at the event are journalists, political and religious leaders, security agencies, Non Governmental organizations, and other key stakeholders in the State”.
