The Ekiti State High Court sitting in Ado-Ekiti has stuck out the case against the remanded former chairman of the Ekiti State Microcredit and Enterprise Development, Akogun Abayomi Olumide popularly known as Lustay, levelled against him by Ekiti State Government.
Recall that Lustay had pleaded not guilty to the 9-count charges bordering on conspiracy to commit robbery, armed robbery, attempted murder, unlawful possession of offensive weapons and malicious damage.
