NEWSTODAYNG gathered that the exchange rate changes hourly, depending on the Volume Of Dollars Available and the demands.
The Local Currency opened At N785.00 Per $1 At The Parallel Market Otherwise Known as the black market today.
However, the Central Bank Of Nigeria (CBN) does not recognise the Parallel Market, Otherwise Known As The Black Market.
Therefore, the Apex Bank has directed anyone who requires Forex to approach their Banks, insisting that the I&E Window is the only known Exchange.
NEWSTODAYNG recalled that $1 went for N780 on Friday, November 25, 2022 after it opened at ₦720 Last Week Monday, November 14, 2022.
