Popular content creator and singer, Nasboi recently shed light on the financial opportunities within the realm of social media influencing and skitmaking.

Speaking on the Bahd And Boujee Podcast, co-hosted by reality star Tolanibaj and actress Moet Abebe, Nasboi shared insights into the misconceptions surrounding these professions and their profitability.

He confessed that prior to delving into the industry, he had misconceptions about individuals like Sydney Talker, suspecting them of engaging in internet fraud due to their apparent wealth.

However, upon immersing himself in the creative space, he discovered the immense financial potential it holds.

The singer emphasized that many people still harbor suspicions towards skit makers and influencers, attributing their success to illicit means rather than recognizing the legitimate avenues through which they generate income.

According to him, “Before I became a skit maker, I could beat my chest that Sydney was a Yahoo boy [internet fraudster]. Because I didn’t know how lucrative the creative industry was until I joined”.

Furthermore, Nasboi highlighted the challenges faced by female influencers and skit makers, who often endure accusations of exchanging favors for financial gain.

He debunked these claims, pointing out that these individuals accrue substantial earnings through endorsements and advertisements.
