The Honourable Commissioner of National Population Commission, NPC, Ekiti State, Hon Ayodeji Ajayi, has said that no unwarranted movements of people would be tolerated during the head count exercise scheduled to commence in early May.

Hon Ajayi stated this in the palace of Alawe of Ilawe-Ekiti, during an advocacy parley with the Representatives of Ekiti SouthWest Government Area.

He expressed confidence in the competence and reliability of his Ad hoc staffs, adding that technology would be deployed to aid accurate head count.

On his part, the Alawe of Ilawe Ekiti, His Royal Majesty, Oba Adebanji Ajibade Alabi, Afuntade 1, equally expressed trust in the leadership of the Commissioner, saying his team would conduct a successful head count in the State.

He therefore called on his people and the residents of Igbaraodo and Ogotun to avail themselves for the exercise.
