Adekunle Gold, a popular Nigerian musician, recently shared how he met his wife, Simi, in an interview with Tayo Aina.
He revealed that he first sent her a Facebook DM after listening to her song, ‘Ogaju.’ Although she never saw the message, they eventually met at Bogobiri, where they became friends.
Adekunle Gold said that he told her he wanted to be with her and they started dating. They dated for five years before getting married.
Speaking about their marriage, he said that it is beautiful because they understand each other and can shuffle responsibilities.
He also mentioned that he loves the huge responsibility of raising a queen and that his family is his center.
