The mother of Nigerian Singer, Aloba Ilerioluwa popularly known as Mohbad has cried out over the pains her child passed through under the Marlian record while alive.
Recounting her experiences during her visitations to her son, she stated that he was always in a devastating condition.
According to her, “When I go to Naira’s house, I don’t eat the food they serve me. I don’t eat early enough in the morning so whenever I am served food and wine, Mohbad will take the food I’m given and flush it down the toilet. He will tell me not to eat the food because he doesn’t want me to die.
“If I tell him to leave the house, he will say he cannot that he signed 3years and he will complete it. But he is always beaten. One day, I went there and was taken to a hotel and I told them I must sleep where my soon is sleeping. He said I should not talk that he doesn’t want me to be killed.
“The last time, I went to the hospital he was beaten and he said I should not talk. I told him to call those he knows and explain to them. I asked him if he doesn’t know Wasiu Ayinde and he laughed. He agreed that we go to the Oba of Ikorodu, but later he changed his mind that he doesn’t want me to go so I won’t be kidnapped”, she said.
She further added that she had been keeping her identify unknown for security reasons and fear of being killed or kidnapped by anyone.
“Even the house he got for me,, I’ve just spent five months there and nobody knows I am Mohbad’s mum. It was when he died that people knew me. He even got me a shop and I’ve bought two freezer and a big generator. On the day he died, he was to send me five million to stock the shop, but I’ve rented out the shops.
” My child did not enjoy his life!” She added.
