The Pastor of Dunamis Church located at mission ward, North Bank in Makurdi, Benue State, has been confirmed dead with three others injured due to the sudden collapse of the Church.
NEWSTODAYNG gathered that in the early hours of Tuesday, three members of the church alongside the pastor were praying in the church before it collapsed.
Although, the cause of the incident is still unknown as the collapse has caused damage to nearby residential buildings and the electrical infrastructure in the area.
However, the Police Public Relations Officer of the State Command, Anene Sewuese Catherine, has stated that she has no knowledge of the incident.
Molice officers from the C Division, North Bank, are currently at the scene of the event trying to ascertain the possible cause of the collapse.
