The Ekiti State Governor, Biodun Oyebanji, has signed five new bills recently passed by the Ekiti State House of Assembly into laws, as part of the activities to commemorate the one-year anniversary of his administration.
The ceremony was held at the EXCO chamber, Governor’s Office, Ado Ekiti on Monday.
The newly signed laws are:
I. Ekiti State Sports Commission Law 2023.
II. Ekiti State Lotteries and Gaming Law 2023.
III. Ekiti State Development and Investment Promotion Agency (EKDIPA) Law 2023
IV. Ekiti State Electricity Power Sector Law 2023
V. 2023 Supplementary Appropriation Law
The brief ceremony was attended by the Deputy Governor, Chief Monisade Afuye: Wife of Governor, Dr Olayemi Oyebanji; Speaker EKHA, Rt. Hon Adeoye Aribasoye, members of EKHA and state executive council members, among others.
