The Workers in the Imo State Civil Service on Tuesday protested the attack on their colleague, Unegbu Chimaobi, who was allegedly assaulted by Precious Izuogu, the son of the chairperson of the Local Government Service Commission, Lady Rosemary Izuogu, while carrying out his duties in the office.
NEWSTODAYNG gathered that the victim, was the Public Relations Officer, PRO working under the Chairman of the Local Government Service Commission, LGSC, Rosemary Izuogu.
The LGSC Chairman and her son allegedly hired thugs, who battered the Unegbu on Thursday, Nov.16th 2023 at the secretariat in Owerri because Precious allegedly accused him of insulting his mother.
