Detectives in Kenya have arrested two Nigerians identified as William Opai and Johnbull Asbor over alleged murder and dismembering of one Rita Waeni in an apartment.
NEWSTODAYNG gathered that Rita, 20, was a female student of Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT).
