Renowned Nigerian doctor, Dr. Rasheed Adedapo Abassi, has shed light on the purported benefits of engaging in sexual intercourse 21 times a month for men.
In an interview with Classic FM, Dr. Rasheed emphasized the importance of regular sexual activity for men’s well-being, citing physiological reasons behind the recommendation.
He asserted that erections, which are stimulated through sexual intercourse, are vital for exercising the prostate gland, leading to a healthier and more robust prostate.
Dr. Rasheed supported his claims by referencing research findings, suggesting that aiming for 21 sexual encounters per month could potentially contribute to preventing cardiovascular problems and reducing the risk of prostate cancer.
Although, he did not delve into the specifics of the research during the interview, Dr. Rasheed emphasized the overall health benefits associated with regular intimate relationships.
In his advice to men, Dr. Rasheed urged them to prioritize convincing their partners to engage in frequent intimate activities.
He also suggested that, if feasible, men should consider having a “side chic” to help achieve the recommended frequency of sexual encounters.
