Residents of Adebayo area of Ado-Ekiti, the state capital on Saturday handed a suspected serial thief over to the state’s police command over alleged car battery theft.
In a viral video, the residents said the suspect, whose identity is unknown, has been terrorizing the area for some weeks before he was finally apprehended in the midnight around Orlat Hotel situated in the vicinity.
In his words, the suspect said he came from Okela to steal Car battery, an item he usually sell to a buyer in Fajuyi area of the state capital.
