The Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike, has said that any political party contesting against the All Progressive Party (APC) in Lagos state is wasting time.
According to him, the Lagos state Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu is a high performing governor who deserves a second term in office.
Governor Wikes’s statement was disclosed on Tuesday by Sanwo-Olu’s Chief Press Secretary, Gboyega Akosile, on his Twitter handle.
His tweet reads: “Any party contesting against APC in Lagos is wasting time. Sanwo-Olu is a super performing Governor. – Gov. Nyesom Wike.”
It was also gathered that Wike had earlier endorsed the Lagos State governor, Sanwo-Olu, for a second term in office.
