Super Eagles coach, Jose Peseiro, has dropped Super Eagles captain, Ahmed Musa and Queens Park Rangers’ defender, Leon Balogun from the squad to face Portugal in a friendly encounter in Lisbon next Thursday.
Peseiro recalled the quartet Paul Onuachu, Tyronne Ebuehi, Oghenekaro Etebo and Joe Aribo while handing debut call-ups to Boavista defender Bruno Onyemaechi and Fenerbahce’s Bright Osayi-Samuel.
There are also spaces for defenders Calvin Bassey and Kevin Akpoguma, midfielders Ayodele-Aribo and Alex Iwobi, and forwards Moses Simon, Ademola Lookman and Victor Osimhen.
Meanwhile, the encounter at the Estadio Jose Alvalade in Lisbon will kick off at 7.45pm.
