AFCON ’23 Final: EKSG issues health advisory alert for citizens ahead clash with Cote D’Ivoire

The Ekiti State Ministry of Health and Human Services has urged caution during the Nigeria vs Cote D’Ivoire final match this evening.

The Ekiti State Health Commissioner, Dr Oyebanji Filani, gave the advice on Sunday, saying:

“While supporting the Super Eagles, be mindful of last week’s casualties and avoid watching live if you have heart issues.

“Ensure well-ventilated spaces, stay hydrated, keep emergency drugs nearby, maintain comfortable seating and manage emotions during tense moments.

“For emergencies, visit the nearest health facility or call the state emergency number on *112*

“Stay safe, and best wishes to the Super Eagles.”
