The bill on establishment of Federal Medical Centre in Ikole-Ekiti, sponsored by the Lawmaker representating Ekiti North 1 Federal Constituency, Hon. Akin Rotimi has passed second reading at the National House of Representives.
The bill, (HB.1073) sought for the amendment of Federal Medical Centres act, 2023 to allow the establishment of the medical facility in Ikole.
Taking to his X handle, formerly Twitter, the Lawmaker said his dedication to the cause and commitment to improving healthcare services in his constituency abides.
This, according to him, signifies a positive stride towards better medical facilities and care for citizens of Ikole and Oye-Ekiti.
