The National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Sen. Abdullahi Adamu and the National Secretary, Iyiola Omisore, have been sent packing.
The duo were ordered to resigned their positions in the ruling party on Sunday.
Sources close to the Presidency disclosed that the duo stepped down on the directives of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, who was unhappy with their leadership style.
Adamu, a former governor of Nasarawa State, has been embroiled in several controversies since the APC won the presidential election on February 25, 2023.
