The Federal High Court sitting in Ado Ekiti has dismissed the case challenging the candidacy of Ekiti Governor elect, Biodun oyebanji.
The presiding Judge, Justice Babs Kuewumi held that the plantiff, Engineer Kayode Ojo failed to fulfill all court processes in compliance with the High court practice.
