The Nigeria’s International, Oghenekaro Etebo has completed a move to Greek Super League club Aris Thessaloniki FC on a permanent deal.

Etebo moved to the three-time Greek Super League champions from Sky Bet Championship club Stoke City.

The midfielder has spent time on loan at Getafe, Galatasaray and Watford since joining Stoke City on the eve of the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia.

A long-term injury limited his appearance for Watford last season after a bright start.

Etebo started the Hornets opening six games of the season before he sustained the injury.

The 26-year-old was not registered by Stoke City for the 2022/23 season which prompted his decision to leave the club.

He has made 44 appearances for the Super Eagles with three goals credited to him.
