A member of the Bauchi State House of Assembly representing Dass Constituency, Bala Ali, have been in distress over the death of his eldest son that was allegedly killed by gunmen.
The incident was disclosed by the member representing Burra Constituency, Ado Wakili during the House’s sitting under personal explanation.
Wakili described the incident as “tragic,” and prayed to Almighty Allah to forgive the deceased and grant him rest (Jannatul Firdaus).
The Police Public Relations Officer, Bauchi State Command, Amed Wakil, who confirmed the incident to journalists said that the deceased’s two wives and one-year-old child were also abducted by the gunmen but were later released from captivity after several days in captivity.
