Nigeria Superstar and Barcelona striker, Asisat Osoala has extended her status as the Most Decorated African Women‘s Player In Europe after her club, Barcelona won UEFA Champions League.
Remarkably, Barcelona won it after coming from two goals down, at halftime to beat Wolfsburg of Germany 3-2 in the final.
The latest success with the Spanish champions, extends the status of Oshoala, a former captain of the Super Falcons as the most decorated African Women’s Player in Europe.
Five-time CAF African Player of the Year has now won three (3) Spanish league titles, three (3) Spanish Super Cups, three (3) Copa de la Reina and two (2) European Champions League.
In addition to being crowned Queen of African football for a record five times, Oshoala is also the highest scorer in the Spanish league last season, with 20 goals, despite missing five games during an eight-week injury spell.
