The PDP Governorship candidate in Adamawa State, Umar Fintri has been declared winner, having scored 430, 861 votes to defeat his closest rival, Aisha Binani of the APC who polled 396, 788.
The returning officer, Prof Muhammed Mene declared the incumbent Governor, the winner of the gubernatorial election.
