The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) has order the immediate reactivation of all barred SIM cards affected by NIN-SIM linkage.
This is not unconnected to the recent blockage of some SIM cards by service providers for not linking National Identity Number (NIN) to their phone numbers.
