An Akure Magistrates’ Family Court has remained a 55-year-old Deeper Life Bible Church Pastor, Adetunji Obatayo for allegedly defiling a teenager.
Pastor Obatayo, who is also a school Principal was remanded for impregnating his 14-yr-old student and procured abortion for her.
He was arraigned before the Court on three-count charges bordering defilement, unlawfully prescription of drugs and killing of an unborn child.
