The Ekiti State Police Command has apprehended four suspects in Lagos State for accosting and robbing a victim of one Mini Suzuki bus and Itel phone along Aramoko- Ekiti road.
In a statement by the Spokesperson of the Command, DSP Sunday Abutu, the four suspects were arrested by the anti-vehicle theft section(AVTS) of its command.
The names of the Suspects include: Agboola Kunle (31yrs),Balogun Waheed(20yrs),Taiwo Islamia (19yrs) and Adele Samuel (23yrs).
However, the Suspects will be arraigned accordingly as soon as investigation is concluded.
The statement reads, “The Anti-Vehicle Theft section (AVTS) of Ekiti State Police Command, on 14/12/2022 about 0100hrs, arrested four (4) suspects in Langbasa, Lagos State for accosting and robbing a victim of one Mini Suzuki bus and Itel phone along Aramoko- Ekiti road on 7/8/2022.
“The suspects arrested are: Agboola Kunle (31yrs),Balogun Waheed(20yrs),Taiwo Islamia (19yrs) and Adele Samuel (23yrs)
“During investigation, the itel phone taken away was recovered while effort is ongoing to arrest other members of the syndicate and recover the Mini Bus hijacked from the victim.
“The arrested suspects will be arraigned as soon as investigation is concluded.”
