The Residents of Embassy Island, Agric-Olope, and Odo Ado areas in Ado Ekiti have expressed their gratitude to Ekiti State Governor, Biodun Oyebanji, for the successful completion of the Agric-Olope and Odo Ado road projects.

The project tagged as a testament to Governor Biodun Oyebanji’s unwavering commitment to the development of Ekiti State was applauded by the residents.

The commendation was particularly evident during a prayer session organized for the Governor in Ado Ekiti.

The Grand Imam of Ado Ekiti and President-General of the League of Imams and Alfas of South West Nigeria, Edo, and Delta states, Alhaji Sheikh Jamiu Keulere Bello, described the reconstruction of the Agric Olope/Odo Ado road as a “groundbreaking developmental project that promises to reshape the landscape and enhance the quality of life of the community.”

Alhaji Keulere Bello expressed appreciation to Governor Oyebanji for his efforts in developing the area, emphasizing that the reconstructed road would significantly boost economic activities. He highlighted its potential to ease the movement of goods and services, particularly agricultural products.

The Grand Imam appealed to the Governor to sustain his developmental efforts in the region, ensuring that the residents fully enjoy the dividends of democracy.

In his response, the State Commissioner for Information, Rt. Hon. Taiwo Olatunbosun, assured that Governor Oyebanji’s administration would persist in its commitment to developing the state.

The Commissioner urged all stakeholders in the state to continue supporting the government’s efforts, emphasizing the importance of collective responsibility in achieving shared goals for Ekiti State’s progress.

The Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Public Advocacy, Jamiu Adebowale, also reiterated the administration’s dedication to rapid development, emphasizing that the road projects were strategically designed to enhance economic activities and improve overall well-being.
