EKSU Alumni hail appointment of Prof Akin Oyebode as Chairman Governing Council

The leadership of the Alumni Association of the Ekiti State University, Ado-Ekiti (EKSU) has hailed the appointment of Professor Akin Oyebode as Chairman, Governing Council of the University by Governor Biodun Oyebanji.

The Association, in a statement by its global President, Engr Dipo Bamisaye, said the footprints of his tenure as the former Vice Chancellor of the University are indelibly in gold, adding that he is capable for a serious reconstruction of the University.

They also described the appointment of prof Oyebode, who is now also the Pro-Chancellor of the Institution as an intelligent search and the visionary intention of Governor Oyebanji by putting the right round peg in the round hole.

The Association also congratulate other personalities who made the appointment and pledged to work with the Governing Council.
