60 year old motorcycle rider and father of 30, was killed alongside his passenger by a tipper truck on Monday at the Ganaja junction in Lokoja.
The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), who was present at the scene, made it known that a tipper ran into him in the course of his business.
Corps Commander Stephen Dawulung, Kogi FRSC Sector Commander, made this known in Lokoja.
According to him, “The man, Abdulsalam Ibrahim, a 60-year old commercial motorcyclist and his passenger were killed by the tipper truck at Ganaja Junction in Lokoja.
“The incident was tragic and very unfortunate,” he said.
He regretted that the accident cut short the life of the bread-winner of 30 children.
