Governor Kayode Fayemi of Ekiti State has upgraded Onikun of Ikun Ekiti in Moba Local Government, Onifisin of Ifisin Ekiti in Ido/Osi Local Government and the Obadu of Ilemeso Ekiti in Oye Local Government in the state.
Fayemi, in a statement signed by the Deputy Governor, Otunba Bisi Egbeyemi, said Onikun of Ikun Ekiti was elevated from Grade B status to Grade A status one of Obas was elevated from Grade B to Grade A while Onifisin of Ifisin Ekiti and Obadu of Ilemeso Ekiti were upgraded from Grade C to Grade B.
The statement equally congratulated the Monarchs on their elevation.
