Charly Boy has expressed concern over President Bola Tinubu’s plan to remove subsidy from fuel, saying the newly inaugurated president has broken a record.

During his inaugural speech on Monday, the president announced the discontinuation of the subsidy, which has sparked mixed reactions from various stakeholders.

While some praised the president for his bold move, others believed that the timing of the policy was inappropriate.

He expressed his dismay over Tinubu’s controversial statement on the subsidy, claiming that it had resulted in a rise in fuel prices in certain parts of the country.

Taking to his official Twitter handle, the entertainer questioned whether those who applauded the president’s decision would also bear the consequences of increased fuel prices.
