A Medical Expert, Dr Rasheed Adedayo has urged men to engage in sexual activity twenty one times a month to prevent prostrate cancer.
Speaking on the Programme “The Discourse” on Classic FM, 97.3, Dr Adedayo said that lack of sex enlarges the gland which is a precursor to cancer.
According to him, it’s good to exercise the prostrate gland which can only be achieved by erection that comes with sexual intercourse.
He said, “There is a concept in physiology, if you don’t use it, you lose it.
“The only form of exercise your prostrate gland get is during erection and that erection comes with sexual activity.
“The study is abundantly there, that a man in healthy shape should be able to have sexual interaction twenty-one time a month to avoid prostrate issues, prostrate cancer.
“If you don’t exercise the gland, it swells on you, it becomes enlarge and it’s a precursor to cancer.”
