Social Media Influencer, Reno Omokri has advised employers to recognize the efforts of their subordinates in order to benefit a push-up career wise.
He made this call via his X handle, stating that a recognized effort builds loyalty.
He admonished those in top positions to always recognize people’s effort, and never belittle their efforts, as a little recognition of a subordinates effort will go a long way in establishing loyalty promote a push-up instead of a pull-down.
“Recognise people’s efforts. Never belittle their efforts, even when they are your subordinates. It builds loyalty to you. And when people are loyal to you, their loyalty can make you loyalty. You will need a push from behind to climb to the next level. But if you fail to recognise the efforts of your subordinates, what you will get will be a pull-down rather than a push-up.” He said.
