Nigerian singer turned politician, Banky W rejoices as Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) set to conduct supplementary election at Eti-Osa house of representatives in Lagos.
NEWSTODAYNG recalled that Banky W, who ventured into politics under the umbrella of the PDP for the representatives seat lost as the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) proclaimed Attah of the LP, the Eti-Osa Federal Constituency seat winner in the House of Representatives election.
However, in the tribunal sitting, which took place in Ikeja, Lagos, on Monday, the court has nullified the election that placed Thaddeus Attah of as Representative of the Eti Osa Federal Constituency of Lagos State and ordered INEC to conduct a rerun in the 32 polling units of Eti-Osa within 90 days.
