Popular Nollywood actress and politician, Tonto Dikeh, has disclosed that she almost became a pastor in her early years while growing up.
According to her, she grew up in the church and held positions as a cell leader and worker.
Tonto, who disclosed this in a post on her Instagram page on Tuesday, shared how the values she imbibed while growing up continue to influence her.
She noted that despite the level of her exposure and nature of her job, she still prioritise decency and feels uneasy in revealing clothes.
“I grew up in church… I was a cell leader. I was a department assistant. I almost became a pastor. I still have a 70% village mentality. I’m so uncomfortable with revealing clothing” she said.
